ESDC Engineering Project Scope included the Engineering, Design, Equipment Specification, and Project Consulting of an Inland Marine Dock. ESDC Engineering provided Engineering Services for Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Automation/Controls and Fire Protection.

This project was for the expansion of an Inland Marine Dock Terminal Facility that included:

Three (3) 16” Load Arms with Vapor Piping
One (1) 20” Load Arm
Vapor System including Marine Safety Skid and Vapor Combustion Unit
Dock Manifold System
Dock and Tank Fire Protection Systems

Bridgetex Pipeline Stations

ESDC Engineering Scope included the Engineering, Design, Equipment Specification, Material Management Services, Project Consulting and Project Management of five grass roots Pipeline Pump Stations. ESDC Engineering provided Engineering Services for Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Electrical and Automation/Controls. ESDC Engineering provided Project and Construction Management services from site development to commissioning.

This project was comprised of five (5) grass root Crude Oil Pipeline Pump Stations to support the new BridgeTex 12,700 bph pipeline. Each pump station included:

Dual 4,500 hp mainline pumps
Sump systems
Process piping
Instrumentation
Automation and Controls
New electrical utility services
VFDs
MCC Buildings
Maintenance Buildings

PERTH AMBOY FACILITY

(Truck Loading Rack / Rail Car Offload / Tank Farm Upgrade)

ESDC Engineering Project Scope included the Engineering, Design, Equipment Specification and Project Consulting of a new three bay Truck Loading Rack, Tank Farm Upgrade for a Marine Facility, and a new Rail Car Offloading Terminal. ESDC Engineering provided Engineering Services for Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Electrical Automation/Controls and Fire Protection.

This project comprised of the installations that included:

A new three (3) lane truck loading rack with ratio blending system
300’ long Manifold system for twelve (12) product storage tanks, six (6) piping systems for the marine dock, and two (2) pipelines
104 rail car loading spots with containment pans
Elevated walkway system for access to top of rail cars

BARNHART CRUDE OIL TERMINAL

ESDC Engineering Scope included the Engineering, Design, Equipment Specification, Material Management Services, Project Consulting and Construction Management of a pipeline receipt, truck offloading, tank storage, and pipeline injection terminal. ESDC Engineering provided Engineering Services for Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Electrical and Automation/Controls. ESDC provided Construction Management services from site development to commissioning.

This project included the installation of grass roots Crude Oil Pipeline Terminal associated with the Longhorn pipeline that included:
